INCIDENT RAY
Light installation at the Ziba Glass Experience Museum in Prague (CZ) (2014)
Four double sided mirrors installed in a street-facing window of a former bank headquarters in central Prague rotate slowly at random, reflecting light beams across the space and out onto the street, forming unpredicted movements and combinations. The aim was to draw the gaze of pedestrians from the street into the space, and to suggest a pause for reflexion.
This installation was sponsored by the Bohemian glassware manufacturer Bomma, and was kindly supported by Arch. Michal Froněk and Jan Němeček of Olgoj Chorchoj Studio in Prague (CZ). (ph. Kristina Hrabětová)
